Does anyone remember a thread on here some time about making window insets to
rearrange windows on a AF heavyweight or maybe other car, including converting
old-style sash windows to thermopane units.

It is no secret that you can get a closely correct shell for a Betterment Coach
in the B&O 3600-series by cutting an AF 653 or 953 in half and mating it to
another similarly halved shell.  The baggage car halves could also be mated?
The next step is to replicate the single and double pane windows, and add roof
fillers to simulate A/C duct work.

Note to Ed. L.  The book I have been showing you lately also has one of these
cars, on page 6.
