That reminds me of the time when I was out with my modular group about a decade 
ago. We used AM code 148 track, scnery was probably about 35% finished.

I was running a repainted American Flyer 283 and some ex-beater freight cars 
that had been repainted and lettered with Champ HO decals.

One guy looked at the layout and commented "Too bad you can't run Flyer on 
this" as my train "Choo-Chooed" right under his nose!!!

With few exceptions(Franklin, Casey Jones and the so-called F9's) I've always 
considered American flyer as scale...  

Just low resolution.
