For the drive train:  "SMALL" flat can mounted under the marine engine  
as gear box, NWSL ujoints, black beetle power trucks with PSC side  
frames.  The side frames dictate your pt wheelbase. For log wheels get  
spoked ones from New Zealand and put 2 face to face.

The hard part: enough time.
