I have been in S scale all my life, starting the transition to scale in the late 50s when about the only thing available was Rex and Perma-bilt. I saw the small S availability as nearly a way to keep from getting overloaded with common stuff. I also model Rock Island, and was the only one doing RI and S scale for a long time, so it seems. Nearly everything I could get had to be reworked in some way. I see a short-term problem here that does not need a long-term solution. My handicap is now being unable to accomplish much because of my recent limitations.

Most likely I'll send the wheelsets back to Ron at American Models. No sense torturing Dave at NWSL with this nonsense.
