I talked to Peter at Backwoods Miniatures some time ago when I was looking for
one of his Sn3 kits. He has discontinued all his S scale stuff. He said the
On30 guys are keeping him too busy.

Further to that, Railmaster has Sn42 loco kits for North American and NZ
prototype. I also think Backwoods Miniatures in England used to have some
kits, but I don't see any listed on their current website.

Sn3.5 is the most popular scale/gauge combination in New Zealand. It's also
popular in Australia, South Africa, and to model the Newfoundland Railway.

Out of curiosity, since Bachmann's abominized On30 is the same as Sn42, does
anyone out there manufacture Sn42 models for HO or On30 track? Has anyone used
On30 track for Sn42?
