Hi All,

My regrets for your losses at the Boston Marathon.

I was going to wait until I updated my website to announce the reefer but the
cat got out of the bag so to speak this past weekend at the Schomberg Narrow
Gauge Meet where I displayed the Mineral Brown Pilot model on 42" gauge trucks
and track. This was a bit of fantasy thing since the Newfie(CN) RR did not do
that until the 1960's and they already painted in the noodle (1960+) paint
scheme. I borrowed the trucks from Andrew Baird who actually gave me the idea
with all the information about the re-trucking of them. At any rate, it was fun
to do and I managed to move a few to the unsuspecting Narrow Gaugers.

So, I spent today finally getting the website changed around. I had to learn
the new way my WebHost had done things. They like to change things around
every 6 months. Much more easy after about 100 times of trying.

At any rate, Ed, your points are taken lightly as I believe that pictures not
words should have been put out first.

Well, actually the kit is of a 1939 prototype so it could in some ways be
considered old.

Yes, if you really want to read a fuller story, read the Dec. 1995 - Feb 1996
RMC articles about them done by Stafford Swain and Ken Goslett. The you will
start to get an understanding about the difficulty of doing a generic 'CNR
Steel 8 Hatch Reefer'. Impossible.

Actually CPR and PFE did not use Maple Leafs on theirs and neither did the
Newfie RR because as I said above, they were not retrucking these babies until
the noodle was already around long enough.

Actually a price was given as was the media involved. $105. You can re-read
the description on the website which is given at the bottom of this massive
missive.

Don't have time to watch TV. Busy developing and getting kits out at the
cottage. The ice should melt sometime in July.

Yes, we like genuine paying customers. I think this will be the first kit you
get from me, hah!

Well, that would be a swell sell wouldn't it.

Good humour is also the name of an ice cream confectionary company. Not sure
if it applies here. We try not to shoot people in the Great White North, we
just let them freeze by not retrieving them when they fall in while ice fishing
without a license. Then again...if they have great beer, we might reconsider.

Man, the more you whine, the cheesier your jokes get. Try beer instead.

Please try out the website. It probably won't work the way I want but it looks
okay on my computer. I will try it tomorrow on someone elses. If things shift
around, let me know. Microsoft told me specifically that this was how things
were to work out in their tutorial.
