Earl, I can vouch for the fact that they have been produced. I supplied Fast Tracks with a 6" piece of SHS rail early on, and in return for a few dollars along with the rail <grin> several years ago, they shipped me jigs for #4, #5, #6, #7 and #8 turnouts for SHS rail. My jigs were made for use with Clover House PCB ties, since FT did not have their own PCB ties at that time. They have their own PCB ties now, and I assume they would make them to use with their own PCB ties if asked (Clover House and FT PCB ties are different thicknesses if I recall.)
So I know they have all been made at least once. And I sure some of them have been made more than once as I have talked with others at various meets who have been using them, but don't remember any names.
