OK my point is that the rail hight is not the determining factor.  I mentioned 
course H0, many here remember the old 'course' S standards.  To get hung up on 
one thing is to be a nit picker.

Those who want to be ever more refined even unto Proto are fondly known as 
rivet counters.  nothing wrong with counting rivets as that advances the hobby.

BUT;  Let us not degrade into nit picking.  If you want to do very close to 
scale or even proto.  Do not criticize the work of other guy who does not.
