I believe attaching photos when posting to the list about some topic is
greatly appreciated by most of us. If you only visit the site by going to the
web page and reply by hitting the REPLY button it isn't possible to attach a
photo. On the other hand, sending an email will allow all of us to post photos
as attachments. I have thought many times that this may let some one get
carried away with that feature but hopefully that never happens. Adding photos
to the photo section is another thing I enjoy about this list. Lately the SSLS
project that member is building has been very interesting
As an example: I would have to write a very lengthy description for some of
the things I've tried to do. I would get lost in the process and give up. Years
ago I took a 40 foot PRS kit and a 50 foot PRS kit. I did a bunch of hacking
and whacking and came up with what is in the photo. All of the items are either
PRS, styrene stock, CDS transfers, or Scalecoat paint. Recently I was told that
Earl Tuscon is going to offer a kit for those out there that would like a 12
side panel car instead.
I've recovered from the bicycle hip breaking routine and have kind of
caught up on things. That stroll through life set me back about 4 months. I had
mentioned late last year about making sone CN passenger car steps. I am hoping
to have them by the end of May. I also am trying to get the Allied Full Cushion
truck done by then, I have my fingers crossed.
