You got it, Jim.  Couldn't have said it better myself!  

It is hard to be sympathetic of his family problems when they only seem to have 
affected the service to some of his customers while others continue to receive 
"terrific" service.  Additionally, I think it would be appropriate to fill 
existing orders before adding new offerings in his product line, which he has 
done twice since I placed my order.
