ILLINOIS CENTRAL had probably the most famous midwest scheme, the beloved by 
the employees Black Beauty scheme. All one needs to duplicate that is a white 
stripe or two. Much better than those Pennsy parallel stripes. Late '60's ROCK 
ISLAND maroon is good, too.
