Hi Brooks: Absolutely inspired. I hadn't thought about an EL but you're right 
on target. As to the tender there were several lengths and you've got a great 
start on it. If you need sheet lead to weigh it down go out an buy a commode 
roof vent at Home Depot and roll your own. Bravo! Chris Rooney
