After a lot of frustration of decal searching I have more questions than answers. I have some ideas of how to deal with decals but none for dry transfers.
Do you finish dry transfers like decals? That is, Dullcote over them? Are they best applied to a gloss coat? Do you prefer decals to dry transfers or does it matter? Thanks for the help, Tom Stoltz In Maine
