That was a former Espee triple unit diner.  It has since been "saved" and moved 
by truck to the DFW area for restoration and use on the vintage steam train 
operation.  I believe it sold for $75K-ish and you had to truck it out as there 
was no rail connection.  He was using it as a "dance hall" and gutted one of 
the two dining section cars for dancing.  He had several other cars on the 
ranch as well.  

The only other surviving triple unit Espee diner is under restoration at Sunol, 
CA by The Pacific Locomotive Association for operation on their magnificent 
Niles Canyon Railway (ex-SP Altamont Pass line) in the east Bay Area.
