Hi all...

Yes yes, I know what you're all going to say. Talk to Northwest Shortline.

Funny thing about that, according to NWSL's website, they're temporarily out of
materials to MAKE wheels, and don't HAVE any 40"/110 shoulder S-scale
equivalent wheels in stock. ETA of the materials: unknown.

So, I have to ask. Any OTHER ideas for wheel sources? American Models
apparently uses the same 3/32" axle diameter so I could order 6 replacement
axles and pull the wheels off, but would that be the way to go? Apparently,
NWSL says a 40" S scale wheel is a 30" O scale wheel (which they are also out
of - I checked), so those would work as well. Ideas? Thoughts? This isn't
something I'm in a huge hurry for - I've got some money bookmarked in September
to buy these, so no rush...
