Very interesting from the railfan point of view, but if I remember correctly, 
the leaves are pretty much down by that date...   While Sandie and I were 
traveling around Pennsylvania after the convention we saw a lot of  foliage 
that was already starting to turn, sumac especially.

Who would have thought that Amtrak would schedule a “for fun” excursion train? 
This trip is really pretty good.

Most (or all?) is on PRR trackage as well. Check out the route! I don’t count 
“rare mileage” miles but this trip has them for sure.
