Well, in Yahoo's defense on this one, how would any automatic system 
tell the difference between this post and any number of others where 
someone says "Check this out" or "Here's another one" with a link to 
some wierd Ebay auction? The list owner can set the list so new people 
are moderated until they post something reasonably on-topic. That 
eliminates 99% of the idiots like this one, but it's alot of work for 
the moderator who has to review their first few messages. I'm sure it 
ticks off a few legitimate newcomers as well, until they understand 
why the limitation.
