Also, I too live in South Florida and Winter here is about 2 days long in the really cold years. I actually saw it snow in Miami-Dade county the first full Winter I lived down here. For me, Summer (that lasts 363.3 or so days) is the train season as I avoid the hot sun as much as possible. If only I could have a basement....
