Don't expect any reasonable prices on Flyer things in the near future. In fact, my
observation is that Flyer prices are up about 15% over last year. Why? 1). Most
dealers are now forced to buy collections rather than trains out of an attic or
basement (they've mostly been cleaned out of those places years ago); 2) More and more
baby boomers want their toys back. I look for train prices to continue the upward
spiral. Attendance at train shows this spring has seemed lighter to me, but stuff is
still selling. There are occasional bargains, same as always.

Why not put your money into the stock market? Good stocks are still paying out great
dividends.

Later,
Tim

Guys....Does this mean maybe some REASONABLE PRICES???????...hope so....What
are your thoughts....I know things are very tight....I am even hanging on to
dollars veeerrryy tightly...Yet I just paid almost 400.00 for a Berkeley
B-17 airplane kit....I have a high bid on several flyer items now on the
net.....But my gut feeling sez "Get Out Of Debt"...."Fast"...anyone else
feel this way?...Seems like when I talk with people I hear "I keep all my
money in my house", "I keep all my money in a safe", "I keep all my money in
a etc, etc, etc"...Does any body keep it in a bank anymore? Comments
