The seller says they are made by "Spikes Equipment", a company that I am not familiar with. I've seen that Gerber side before in a CD kit (Cleveland Display, the originator of American S-Gauge). Be forewarned. These are wooden kits. If you intend to build them, plan on working at it for some time. These are not for beginnners, but if you are an experienced builder who has time, well, $100 seems OK to me.
