Hi Guys, Here are some of the "bargains" I found at York this year:
342AC 0-8-0 Nickel Plate Road (American Flyer) Switcher in excellent+ condition for $200. It was very dirty, but when I got it home and cleaned it up, wow! - a real cherry with hardly any play wear and strong lettering. It runs and smokes nice. 332AC (American Flyer) Challenger in excellent condition for $370. Runs and smokes terrific. 466 Silver-painted, decal Comet in excellent condition for $160. Runs very well. 660 Aluminum Combination Passenger car in excellent condition for $40. 662 Aluminum Vista Dome Passenger car in excellent condition for $40. 6 rerailer track sections for an average of $17 each. 4 #697 track trips for an average of $15 each. I was very pleased with myself that I sniffed out some good buys, IMHO.
