YES!!!   Someone besides me has finally pointed that out!!!   As I've posted before, 
I've had more problems with repro knuckle couplers.  The weights hang too low so that 
it snags on switch frogs, uncouplers, etc.  The weight is canted forward so that it 
looks weird.  It's not a simple matter of pulling the weight off, trimming down the 
long part of the J-hook and pushing the weight back on.  Some are so difficult to 
remove, I've ruined lots of J-hooks trying.  Then if I try to put the weight back on, 
it won't stay on.  Aaargh!  The hobby needs good knuckle couplers.  I quit sampling 
parts dealers knuckle couplers in an attempt to find the correct ones.  I reconverted 
all my original link back to link.
