AM rail is significantly shorter in height. I have connected them by soldering braided wire between the 2. Needs a high wattage iron, lots of solder and flux for steel. Clean AM rail to shiny brass and AF to shiny steel where the wire attaches. > Also, does anyone know of a source for pre-formed cork roadbed for S, or do > most just use the O scale stuff. I use 1/2 of an O with 1/2 of an HO to get the proper width. You can do this because they're the same thickness. Also. I think Scenery Unlimited now sells cork at the proper S width. >Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to all. > > > Tom > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > S-Trains list sponsor: http://www.americanflyertrains.com > All the Flyer you desire...books and accessories too! > > To UNSUBSCRIBE from this list send a note to [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Your use of Yahoo!
