Ted,
Just finished a Flyer/S-helper layout for display tonight and tomorrow
night. Why not make the "accessories" a separate circuit with separate power
on one or two modules. AS long as you have isolated track power bars, you
should be OK. Your sidings could easily be isolated from the operating
trackage. We fought with the log loader (car) for two nights before placing
it back in its box. The problem is/was a cross feed somewhere not easily
found in the time we didn't have.
So now the children of all ages can push buttons to light lights, blow
horns and whistles etc. Ooops, forgot the sawmill by Flyonel. Motive power
will be A/F and possibly AM. Freights by S-Helper as they produce almost
zero drag and have much detail. Don, Thanks for your help.
By the way, we are in "Grasselville" suburban Conestoga in southern
Lancaster Co, PA. Open 6:30 til 8:30 tonight and tomorrow night. 91
Hilltop Dr., Conestoga.
Forgot to mention the two outdoor trains we will be hauling pasengers on.
Open cars, weather permitting.
