Last week I asked if anyone had tried the "burnt wood" scented smoke fluid by MEGA-STEAM. The actual name is "wood stove". I order some and tried it out yesterday. It seems to smoke very well in my Franklin and has a distinctive burnt pine smell, quite appropriate for the Franklin. I won't use it in my coal burners, but for the Franklin its fine. Would also be good for smoke units in a caboose or building or maybe a hobo fire. They expect to have "coal" fluid available in a couple weeks.
