The 1946 PRR K5 No. 312 with "Pennsylvania" on the tender and with the smoke box front in the correct position before its boiler was lengthened to accommodate SIB -- classic Pennsy through and through. The '46 322 NYC J3a Hudson is a close second two for me.
(BTW, the '46 versions of all the vintage Gilbert steamers are to be preferred because they have a correct roadname painted on their tenders. The porportions of the K5, the USRA 0-8-0, and the Atlantic were lengthened and spoiled a wee bit with the advent of SIB in 1948).
