Yo: I have 2 layouts, one summer (OK this is O-gauge) and one fall (S-gauge). The fall one includes Halloween ornaments, like buildings with ghost and witches. I do not change it.
At Christmas time I have a layout under my tree, this is winter with snow covered building and Santa.
