Hi Guys Thanks for the replys ..... I ended up boring the chassis out to fit the OD of the brass tube, The ID is just the right size.....I made the tube a little longer than the seat in the chassis, so the new bushing would span the worn spot in the armature.... I also milled the top of the tube, so the brush bracket would sit flat, & the gears would mesh in the same spot...... Worked out well... Does any one know what the wire size & resistance should be for the hand car armature?? I have one that is burned out, and I think its time to redo them all!! Thanks again for the replys, John
