Greetings to all! With the "tie-tightener" made and cabooses under consideration, am going to try to reclaim a set of rusty link coupler trucks. This cold weather does have its benefits. In removing the rust, I expect to loose the blueing. The gun shop has a number of brands available but was not eager to recommend one that would produce the dark blue of the truck. Question for the group ... is there a particular brand that produced a dark blue or a technique that that I could use to help darken the blue? Thanks for the help and best wishes, Charlie
