I can only comment on the slow speed can motor (S'nS type). I have used 3 of them so far and am very pleased. They are smooth, quiet and easy to install, with no permenent changes. I like the slower speed because you get brighter lights and a lot more smoke without flying off the track. They will also crawl along very slowly, which is pretty neat. I put 1 in an Atlantic and 2 in Franklins.
