A.C. Gilbert's Discovery Village in Salem, OR is having a celebration in honor of his 119th birthday February 8-9, 2003. There will be a display of Gilbert memorabilia in the Parrish House from 12-4 both days put on by A.C. Gilbert Heritage Society Collectors. We participated last year with our Flyer layout and were joined by other collectors with lots of Erector sets and other Gilbert games. There are lots of other events going on at the Village--fun for the whole family, including a history chat on AC's Boyhood Antics from 2:30-3 on Saturday. Hope to see you there!
