Not the ones I own (or have seen) which came with rear mounted Pull-
Mor drivers. As far as I can tell, the waddling is caused by Pull-Mor 
tires on front drivers because the front drivers are driven by the 
connecting rods, and since neither the rod bearings nor axle bearings 
are real tight on these engines, the front drivers can wobble with 
the torque. The short driver base of the Atlantic can make it all 
worse. 

All that assumes that the drivers are mounted straight to begin with. 
Crooked drivers can cause waddling too.
