Guys we are old enought to know about the 4 types of personality types. If you don't know them then learn about them. I had to learn how to deal with being me, because I can't change anyone else. So igore most of this stuff. Keep your e-mails small. People tend to miss what you say if they are to large. I have been posting one issue e-mails lately. Respond off list. I see conflicts on all boards. It is not the subject, it is the people. The goals are mostly the same. Keep some stuff to your self. I love the help I get from this group and have to ignore the bad so that I don't lose the good.
