Rick, Hmm, I hadn't thought of painting that dingey old roadbed to make it new again. Sounds like a pretty good idea. (Collectors and purists shudder!)
But a thought! Years ago there was a vinyl spray paint used for painting car interior panels. It was formulated to stay flexible and bond to the vinyl. Would this be better to use on the flexible rubber roadbed than regular metal primer? Just something to toss in the ring and think about.
