How much work would it be to add "clickable" links to Symbian PuTTy?

Apparently the Touch UI version has this kind of feature (you can get a menu
of URLs visible on screen and then launch them in the browser). Could it be
ported to vanilla s2putty?

I could try to take a look if it seems to be something relatively
straightforward.
