It supports tunnels if specified in the config file.  You can get the
syntax by using desktop putty (linux/windows) and viewing the saved
config file.  You'll need a way to copy the config over to the device.
I got this working for proxied http acess, and even went further and got
it tunneling ssh over ssh after compiling a version of s2putty with
loads of places edited so that I could run two binaries at once.
