Amazon released invalidation in the CloudFront CDN:

I made a quick patch [http://gist.github.com/577468] to add it to r392 ( the
working revision per comments on the download page
[http://s3tools.org/download#c000375])
The code doesn't do all the pretty printing that some of the other outputs do,
but it works for me for now and I thought I'd contribute what I had so far in
case others want to iterate on it.
New commands are
cfinv CLOUDFRONT_DISTRIBUTION_URL /path/to/file
cfinvlist CLOUDFRONT_DISTRIBUTION_URL
cfinvinfo CLOUDFRONT_DISTRIBUTION_URL INVALIDATION_BATCH_ID
