S4-Piper will be S4 0.5
First version in Apache SVN will be S4 0.4 (i.e. 0.3 + bugfixes and
checkpointing)
If we do a renaming for 0.4, it will completely break API compatibility, even
though there is no major functional or design change. I don't think it's worth
it, and I would suggest to do that for 0.5
But maybe you have a link to package naming requirements for apache projects?
(I wasn't able to find such info)
