Fixed all the issues we have discussed so far. The latest addition is using 
Netty's OrderedMemoryAwareThreadPoolExecutor to send the events asynchronously; 
sends to one partition are serialized, and as of now I have disabled 
memory-limit checks.

The latest code is on my git tree at https://github.com/kambatla/s4/tree/S4-7. 
Should I upload the patch file corresponding to the latest version?
