Matthieu Morel updated S4-81:
-----------------------------
Description:
Curly braces in s4 command options may be interpreted in some shells and
corresponding options must be single-quoted. That hinders readability.
In addition, the option for adding custom modules should be added, and we need
a syntax not interpreted as varargs by jcommander (otherwise, this option must
be placed after all other options)
was:Curly braces in s4 command options may be interpreted in some shells and

Summary: S4 tools syntax: remove curly braces + expose custom modules
