A strategic moment comes once in a while. Let us seize this moment.
Political ideology unites people: confusion around ideology leads to
confusion in the organisation and ultimately leads to confusion in the
strategy and tactics. That is why today there is a confusion whether
we a struggling for a constitutional monarchy or a democratic
republic. The organisation is a weagon for the implementation of our
ideology.

Who is the enemy of the Swazi people? Doesn't a polico-military
strategy require political and military structures? Preparedness is
crucial.

The feudal-lords and imperialists have monopoly over our land. A
majority of the Swazi populace resides in the rural areas under the
rule of the landlord. This makes the agrarian revolution a very
crucial element of our struggle. Then a question comes; does the Mass
Democratic Movement in Swaziland have a clear agrarian programme aimed
at the total destruction of feudal relations? Feudalism is an
impediment to socio-economic development everywhere. Forward to an
Agrarian Guerilla-warfare! We must uproot the landlords from our
communities.

On the constitutional monarchy: i think mswati and his family's fate
will be determined by the role they play now, that is, in the struggle
for the democratisation of our beloved country. And the reality now is
that the monarchy as an institution (chiefs included) is a stumbling
bloc, it is trying to fight against social development: trying to
fight against the laws of nature. Another question comes, what will be
the role of the monarchy in a democratic Swaziland? Moreover, what is
culture?

On the liberatin front. Is the SUDF properly structured? Is it a
democratic or bureaucratic front? The truth is, most constituances of
the SUDF's affiliates doesn't have a clue of what's cooking in the
liberation front, let alone its aims and objectives. In the branches
of the trade unions (shopfloor level) for instance, the workers don't
even know what the abriviation SUDF stands for. The liberation front
is not democratic if it does not involve the rural communities. And
these communities can only be mobilised through their day-to-day
struggles in their respective areas. We must urgently build a
campaigns and demands based rural people's movement. The
worker-peasants alliance can be built through action only.

That is why we view the current negotiations as premature. What is it
that we have won on the battle-field? Are we negotiating for our
freedom? Negotiating with who? A transition process must also be
democratic. What transition that does not respect the participation of
the communities. Community based organisations, the rural communities
in particular, must be built and strengthened so that they play their
rightful role in this process. They must speak for themselves. We
can't decide on their behalf.

PUDEMO is a vanguard of the national liberation struggle in Swaziland,
and that must be seen in practice. No one should be allowed to spoil
PUDEMO's political, not even its leadership. The workers are the main
force of our struggle, and that too, must be seen in practice.

Tinkhundla must be dismantled and an interim government put in place.
Phansi nge royal aristocracy! Forward to a Democratic Republic!

Viva PUDEMO! Viva SUDF! Viva TUCOSWA! Viva CPS!
The people shall govern! The people shall share! Atibhunye tinsiba enhlolo!
