Compare old version (before code refactoring) and new version (after code
refactoring):
1. Measure time of work sa on customer's code. Calculate ratio.
2. Measure code lines.
3. Calculate nesting level by means of some tool (if possible)

I think we'll often gather such kind of information (after every sprint).
It means it will be good to think about it and add ticket to backlog.
