Нужно разобраться с тикетами назначенными на вас. Вариантов несколько: 1. Сказать, что вы давно уже не у дел и перевести его на "sa_team" (указав его в поле assigned) 2. Если вы не у дел, но знаете, кто будет его исправлять - указать его в поле assigned 3.
