assalamu alaykum, I've just found that in France the UOIF (the Union of Islamic Organizations of France) uses a calculation method based on 12° for Ichaa and Fajr: http://www.uoif-online.com/webspip/spip.php?article24
But it seems ipraytime (from the itl lib) and minbar (it relies on itl, doesn't it?) only allow specific calculation methods, so I can't set 12°. On the opposite the firefox praytimes extension allows any degrees.
