a SAX interface has its own benefit, as it wraps a design patter
around the implementation.

The ID is based on the URI of the namespace of the ID - now we have
two possibilties, one easy and one remote. The easy one is that the
implementation of the XML framework is knowing some methods. The remote
method would need the URI to be bounded to a RDF file to query for a
remote SAX Handler or Filter.
