Percy and Radhika who are co-facilitators of the services group may not be
in the Access India group, so please specifically include Percy's email id
in responses.
Multimodal CAPTCHA will come under ICT group which Amar Jain and AS
Narayanan are co-facilitating. There will be a lot of cross-referencing
between the groups - services in particular. The thematic annexures to
Services are not yet ready for release.
