Buggy services must provide wheelchair‑accessible options with ramps in lieu of WCHR and WCHS. 2. Electric vehicles must have lower footboard heights and include Acoustic Vehicle Alerting Systems (AVAS). 3. Mini and micro shuttle buses must comply with low‑floor requirements without exemption. 4. Standard manual and power wheelchairs, marked with flags, must be distinguished from aisle chairs used only for boarding or to navigate vehicle aisle. 5. Charging points for power wheelchairs must be installed at transport hubs. All airports and key long distance transport hubs must provide an ALIMCO AT Mart offering rental service of manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, pressure cushion etc for disabled PRM’s convenience in case travelling without their mobility aid. At airports particularly, with often damaged mobility equipment, providing a temporary replacement as per the Civil Aviation Requirements will reduce disruption faced by passengers. 6. Trolley steps and wheelable ramps must be provided for safe boarding. 7. Luggage trolleys must be designed for self‑wheelchair use. 8. Portable rollout ramps to bridge boarding gaps must be available with human assistance so as to prevent falls or caster wheels getting stuck. 9.
