INVITATION AND ACTIVATION
Dear Companheiros e Companheiras!
In collaboration with the Conceptual class at the Academy of Fine Arts in
Vienna we invite you for a talk, discussion on the 12.06.2012 at 18.00 to
PLANET - PLANETA - GEZEGEN 10, Pernerstorfergasse 12, 1100, Vienna.
The invitation is due to the need to form a platform of activists groups and
issue a statement in favor of the 4 students that face again a trial in the end
of June 2012 or latter.
The four students (3 from the Conceptual class) were imputed under paragraphs
278b (formation of a terrorist organization) and 278c (formation of
terrorist crimes) to be now before the second trial imputed for arson.
In the ongoing court case they are now "only" accused to have been put a
garbage on fire in the Rederergasse and thereby committed an arson attack
against the AMS, though for this they face from 1 - 10 years!
About two years after the start of the whole investigation by the State Office
for Protection and Counter Terrorism, the process is still not yet set and is
based entirely on innuendos and crude indicators.
We see this as CRIMINALISATION OF POLITICAL RESISTANCE as the 4 political
activists were active in the student demonstration in 2009. In this case it is
a necessary a larger activation and solidarity. This due to the fact that a
surveillance of the police in their case took also the form of control of the
autonomous/anarchist and anti-racist scene in Vienna and Austria.
At the meeting we would like to formulate a statement of solidarity with the 4
and against the TRIAL.
The language of the talk will be GERMAN and ENGLISH.
