Hi! Because 9265 got unmerged, the queue will not apply properly to 5.4.rc2. The fix for this would break the queue for the earlier 5.4 betas/rc's. The solution proposed by Nicolas on 9265 is to hold off on fixing this until 5.4 is released (likely in a few days) and then at that point cease supporting the earlier prerelease versions of 5.4.
