The startup_modules is a friendly reminder that you could help out reducing
startup time by using the lazy module import. Should every Sage user really
import

from interval_exchanges.all import *
from flat_surfaces.all import *

at every startup?
See http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/sage/misc/lazy_import.html

New:
    sage.dynamics
    sage.dynamics.all
    sage.dynamics.flat_surfaces
    sage.dynamics.flat_surfaces.abelian_strata
    sage.dynamics.flat_surfaces.all
    sage.dynamics.flat_surfaces.quadratic_strata
    sage.dynamics.flat_surfaces.sage
    sage.dynamics.interval_exchanges
    sage.dynamics.interval_exchanges.all
    sage.dynamics.interval_exchanges.constructors
    sage.dynamics.interval_exchanges.sage
Removed:
    sage.combinat.iet
    sage.combinat.iet.all
    sage.combinat.iet.constructors
    sage.combinat.iet.sage
    sage.combinat.iet.strata
